Service and operator
Format Relay is operated by SG Block LLC for sports creative professionals. The service surfaces original-source references and observed performance from monitored sports accounts. Coverage, source availability and captured metrics may be incomplete or change.
Invitations and your account
Access requires the applicable entitlement. The founding offer permits three named seats in one workspace. Invitations let you add teammates or receive special access. Do not share credentials or use another person’s identity. Affiliations personalize views; they do not confer access to another team’s private workspace.
Subscriptions
The approved founding offer is $149 USD per team per month plus applicable tax, with three named content seats and a 14-day no-card trial. Paid access requires explicit purchase. Cancel any time from your billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Using references
Original posts, images, videos and music remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Access does not grant permission to download, redistribute or reuse their assets. Inspect original sources and obtain any permissions needed for your own work.
Performance context
Observed engagement and rankings describe captured activity within the stated scope and period. They do not establish what caused a post’s success or guarantee results for another team. Descriptions and source evidence can be corrected or withdrawn.
Support and cancellation
Use the subscription-management route supplied with your paid account for cancellation. For support, email admin@formatrelay.com. We monitor this pilot on weekdays and do not guarantee a response or resolution time. The refund policy explains how to raise a billing or refund request.
