Cancel future billing
Cancel any time from your billing portal. Normal cancellation ends renewal and preserves content access through the paid period.
Raise a refund or billing issue
Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of a charge, including a renewal, by emailing admin@formatrelay.com. There is no usage threshold for this request. Include the transaction reference and a brief explanation. Do not include card numbers or banking credentials. This does not limit rights that apply to you or a payment provider’s processes. A refund request is not confirmation that funds have been returned.
What cancellation and a refund request mean
Ordinary cancellation alone does not refund a completed period. A full refund request received within 14 calendar days of a charge, including a renewal, is honored without a usage threshold. On an approved full refund, renewal stops and refunded paid access ends, while any applicable own-data recovery remains available.
