SG Block LLC operates Format Relay. Contact admin@formatrelay.com with questions about this notice or a request concerning your information.
Information you provide
An invitation request includes your name, work email and organization, plus optional role and planning notes. Please do not include confidential information. We use these details to assess fit and respond to your request. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Account and service information
If invited, your verified identity, access permissions, affiliations and enabled preferences support your account. Private workspace information is limited to the intended authorized workspace. Selecting a franchise does not grant access to that franchise’s private records.
Service providers and payments
The planned service uses Supabase for identity and data services, Resend for transactional email, and Paddle for hosted checkout and billing. Paddle collects payment information through its checkout. SG Block LLC does not ask you to send payment-card details by email or in an invitation form.

Optional product analytics are off for this pilot.
Security and retention
We retain private authored data while the relevant account or workspace relationship is active. You can request account deletion through our support contact. Account deletion and recovery are handled under our deletion process. Operational records support request handling, abuse prevention and service administration. Retention and deletion schedules, including backup expiry, must be finalized and reflected here before publication. No fixed retention period is represented by this draft.
Requests and changes
Contact admin@formatrelay.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify the request and explain applicable recordkeeping limitations. This notice will identify its effective date when approved and published.
